The system has a microfine needle (A) with an anterior end exterior to an analyzer (S) e.g. mass spectrometer. The needle is integrated with the syringe. A volume of gas e.g. methane, is taken with a syringe. The anterior end of the needle is sealed by a piston of the syringe or a guiding cylinder, during the introduction of the needle via a disk (D). The analyzer is isolated with a valve (V), and the disk is traversed completely with the needle. The gas volume in the needle flows into the needle in which the gas is analyzed. The needle is disengaged from the disk and the valve is opened.
