The construction element (1) has a lower semi-element (3) and an upper semi-element (2) with large thickness piled with respect to each other. The element (3) has an upper surface with a support zone to position the element (2). A sealing zone defines a sealing interface with the element (2), and a channel receives a sealing material. The element (2) has a lower surface with a contact zone complementary to the support zone. A pressurized zone distributes the material on the entire or a part of the interface during installation of the element (2) on the element (3). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for constructing a wall (2) a construction wall obtained by implementation of wall construction method.
