The rigid element (2) formed using a polymer resin-based material, is intended to join with a support structure (3) formed using a polymeric material. The rigid element comprises a textile layer containing an electrically conductive yarns (11,12) and an outer layer formed using a material compatible with the material of support structure. The textile layer is formed using warp and weft fabric, or nonwoven fabric. The conductive yarn is formed using carbon filaments. The outer layer is formed by laminating one or more fabric formed using thermoplastic yarn.
