The device has a wire inserted in flexible lips integrated to an axle (1) whose pressure is adjustable by a screw (4). A flexible part (3) is integrated to the axle having a mark which indicates the position of a magnet (2) in an alarm contact system and an alarm holding system. A weight or the magnet (2) is placed at end of the device offering contact during a touch by a fish, where the device is curved in inner part of the axle.
