The cap has a cap body (1) intended to be hermetically fixed on a component to be closed. A pressure relief valve (2) is subjected to an action of a return spring (3) to hermetically close a median boring of the body when a pressure in an inner part of the component to be closed is lower than a preset value and a cut-off pressure. The valve opens the median boring when the pressure in the inner part is higher than the preset value. A sealing cap (4) is forcibly mounted on the body, and a sealing ring is directly molded on the valve.
