The device has a transport bag (1) including double bottom (10) and four sides, where the bottom is provided with a cushion (9) and the sides are made of washable netting fabric (3). An opening (2) is provided at a top of the bag. A handle (4) and a strap (5) are provided for carrying the bag by hand and shoulder, respectively, where the bag is provided with pet animal`s e.g. cat, health notebook and small water bottle storing pockets (7, 8). The double bottom permits to store a polypropylene container.
