The device (1) has locking legs (32) for fixing a bumper to a vehicle. The legs are adapted to each fixation position in which the bumper is connected to the vehicle by the legs, and adapted to release positions in which the bumper is not connected to the vehicle. A flexible bead wire (34) e.g. metallic wire, is adapted to displace the legs in a joint manner till the respective release positions of the legs.
