The system has a filling terminal (29) with a connection device (17) e.g. threaded orifice, to connect a carbon dioxide cartridge of a refillable reservoir (30) to a fluid e.g. carbon dioxide, delivering circuit (31). The circuit has a unit to bring the fluid from a carbon dioxide reserve (28) to the terminal. The terminal has an interfacing/controlling unit (32) e.g. keyboard, to control a pump (P) and a valve (12) for bringing the fluid from the circuit based on information relative to a user of the system or characteristics e.g. capacity, of the reservoir to be filled.
