Angular elements (5, 6) are assembled to the right form elements and provide a junction between a horizontal part of a concrete bed and a slope part of the concrete bed. The elements (5, 6) are formed at an angle corresponding to an angle formed by bottom and trapezoidal panels (1``, 1`). An assembling system is provided for fixation, adjustment and alignment of components of the device.
