The door has a frame (1), delimiting an opening between a front side and a rear side (7). A panel (3) is articulated to the frame in a manner to pivot from a position in which the panel is supported by its periphery on the rear side by being spaced from the rear side and by pivoting around an axle (4). A control recess (8) controls pivoting of the panel with respect to the frame. The rear side of the panel opposite to that turned towards the frame is covered with a plate (12) which is made of a viscoelastic material. The material is chosen among polymers of type silicone or polyurethane.
