The transmission has main primary shaft (4) and auxiliary shaft (22) connected to a motor of a vehicle by a clutch device (3) and a secondary shaft (7) provided with a drive pinion (8) creating a differential crown, where an intermediate shaft (12) is parallel and non coaxial with the shaft (4, 7). The shaft (12) has demultiplication pinions (57,58) meshed with demultiplication pinions (21, 25) of the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft, respectively, with different meshing ratios. The couple of pinions (57,58) are mounted on the intermediate shaft (12).
