The structure has a portal frame formed by two vertical posts (2, 3) and a roof (4), which forms a circular arc at rounded ends. The posts are in a shape of a transversal section of a square, where an end (6) of the posts towards a wall is circular and another end (7) of the posts towards a road is truncated. Projectors (10, 11) are fixed on both sides of the frame, and lighted beacons (13) are disposed on both top and bottom of the posts.
