The attachment (10) has a part (11) adapted to be fixed to a wheel cover of a roof of a vehicle and a part (12) adapted to be maintained in a groove of the roof. The part (12) is movable in rotation with respect to the part (11), where the parts (11, 12) are single block. The part (12) is rotated along off-centered axis with respect to a median plane of the part (12). An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a wheel cover on a roof of a vehicle.
