The system has two positioning instruments (300, 400) associated with main and secondary endoprostheses which are placed in two branches of the bifurcation, respectively. The instruments include two guiding lights extending along two longitudinal axes that receive two guiding elements (700, 800), respectively. The instrument (400) includes a hollow auxiliary tube (530) partly receiving the element (800). The instrument (300) includes a connection system to guide the tube for integrally maintaining the instruments during the progression on the element (700) until bifurcation of blood vessels.
