The device has an outer ring (6) and an inner ring each with a track for rolling elements (7) arranged between rings in contact with the track. The rings have a cover (10) with axial portion and two radial portions which connect ends of the axial portion. An annular prestressed washer (13) is made with rectangular section at free state, where the washer is made up of elastomer. The washer is arranged in the cover for being axially prestressed between one of radial portions of the cover and a lateral side of one of annular rods (11, 12).
