The device has a plate (1) presenting a circular opening (2) of higher diameter than an ultrasonic probe to limit a control surface. A lid (16) closes the opening, and a surface on an upper surface of the plate is reserved for identifying a control point (3). The plate is fixed in a definitive manner to an apparatus or a structure such as steel structure, by an adhesive. The plate is fixed on cylindrical part by intermediate of two metallic or plastic sheet and two openings.
