The device has a set of molded blocks (10) made of ceramic material and including grooves, where each groove houses an elbow (6) of an anti-condensation heater (3). The grooves are dimensioned in a manner to allow the displacement of the elbow of the anti-condensation heater during dilatation of the elbow with respect to temperature variation to which the anti-condensation heater is subjected. The blocks have two internal and external complementary molded parts (11, 12) assembled together for tightening the elbow of the anti-condensation heater.
