The instrument has a hollow handle (1) and a twisted square bar (6) that is displaced to and fro in the handle by a spring (4) supported on an inner base (5) and on the rear of the bar. A twisted square rod (2) pushed in bottom of the handle by the spring is terminated by a hook (3) that holds a malleable wire. A square hole in a base of the handle and a square hole in a movable disk permit the rotation of the rod in a direction so that the rod extends out of the instrument. The disk rotates in another direction when the handle is relaxed in order to permit the rod to re-enter into the handle.
