The treating unit has a inner sole (10) of a shoe with a plane support boss (16) having an extension in direction from front of the sole till access of zones (14) for receiving a metatarsal head. The extension of the boss permits the correction of a posture of a child towards back in an anteroposterior plane when the shoe is worn. The base has a depression (17) at level of support zone of a heel. The base has a part in thermoplastic material suitable to be molded after appropriate heating. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an enuresis treating unit.
