The method involves transforming a voice (3) of a passenger into a voice signal (21) by a microphone (M1). A level of the signal is compared with a tolerance threshold. A noise (26) e.g. Larsen noise, is injected into a headset (C1) or headphones (E1) of the passenger for creating an echo in the headset. The noise is injected when the signal level is greater than the threshold or when the voice level exceeds the threshold. The noise has a sufficient sound level affecting the comprehension of the passenger and is produced by time shifting the voice with respect to its emission instant. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a video map implementing a discrete interphony method (2) a computer program comprising program code instructions for the execution of stages of a discrete interphony method.
