The system has a turning platform (1) including an assembly of a rotating rod (4) composed of bearing elements (6) and a reception plate (2) that is positioned on a floor. The turning platform permits the rotation of the vehicle from 0 degree to 360 degree. The platform is flexible by the addition of another rod at an end of the rod (4), where the latter rod is assembled by an extension plate (7). An integrating element (5) is fitted in another integrated element (3) to assist the installation of the system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a modularity of distribution of load (2) a detachable assembly.
