The method involves introducing a food extract into a blood sample of a subject, where the blood sample is treated by utilizing an anticoagulant before implementing the method. Effect of the food extract on leukocytes such as neutrophilic leukocytes, in the blood sample is tested. The leukocytes are divided into different categories such as normal, dead, with toxin, with phagocytosis or with degranulation, after the test, according to a food program intended for the subject.
