Cosmetic composition comprises a (meth)acrylate/(meth)acrylate hydroxyester copolymer and a partially/fully neutralized sulfonated polymer containing a pattern derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer with a sulfonic group in which the weight ratio of the copolymer to the sulfonated polymer is 0.1:10. An independent claim is included for a cosmetic process of hair treatment comprising applying the composition to the hair and rinsing the hair after an exposure time.
