The enclosure has a plate (14) forming a support for an electric meter and a circuit-breaker, and with openings (141) for passage of screws (7) on a base of a shell. The plate has slides (15, 16) movable in translation with respect to the plate between a position, in which the slides authorize access to the screws via a side (14A) of the plate, and another position in which the slides mask the screws. The slides respectively have extensions (155, 165) located in volumes (V15, V16) of the plate isolated from exterior by a terminal cover of the meter.
