The implant has a femoral acetabulum (2) with an external surface (13) delimited by a peripheral edge, where the edge is fixed in a cotyloid cavity. The acetabulum has a wall (9) whose thickness increases gradually between the edge and a pole (P) of cotyle. A hemispherical profile of the surface extends in a direction of the edge via an external conical surface (14) that is inclined at an angle with respect a vertical axis. The acetabulum has another peripheral edge at a level of the former edge, where the latter edge is inclined at an angle with respect to a plane containing the former edge.
