The fin has several stretchable connectors that inter connects a vamp (11) and an outside counter (12). The connectors surround openings located between the vamp and the counter. A blade (20) extends forwardly from the vamp. The connectors integrally formed with a foot pocket and the counter stretches when a human foot is inserted in the foot pocket.
