The device has a curved bar (1) adapting the shape of an object covered from a flexible plastic tube. The tube forms a support cradle mounted on wheels (12) to permit storage of objects horizontally and vertically. Two fasteners at ends of the curved bar receive a strap with a locking buckle (8). The strap has a handle at an end to facilitate the locking of the device.
