Sugar-free concentrated flavored drink having a glycemic index of less than 25 and an insulinemic index of less than 15, comprises a sweetening filler, a texturing agent and a flavor enhancer having a viscosity of 1-2000 centipoises (0.001-2 Pa/s) at 20[deg]C. Independent claims are included for: (1) a diluted flavored drink comprising the concentrated drink and water, where the ratio of concentrated drink over total volume of diluted drink is 0.01:1; and (2) the preparation of the diluted flavored drink comprising adding water to the concentrated drink.
