The device has a floating bridge (1) with a transparent wall cabin (2) integrated with a tank (3) that acts as a ballast. Water capacity of the tank is calculated proportional to a volume of a zone to be immersed such that an inner part of the cabin is placed under the water level (5). The cabin is maintained in rails (4) guiding the cabin`s vertical displacement based on filling and emptying of the tank. The cabin is immobilized in a maximum bottom position by using a locking device (6) formed of an axle and a pin. The cabin is positioned outside the water by the device (6).
