The device has an articulated frame (1) comprising a scraping spade (5) provided at the rear of the device. The spade has characteristics adapted to the shape of a ridge in which the spade is operated. A hollow shaft is provided at the front of the frame and permits an assembly to pivot from top to bottom in tabs (8). A notched wheel (16) is adapted on a frame (11) placed below the frame (1). Coaxial rollers (18) are mounted and decentered on the wheel that permits to bring out the rear of the frame (1) with the shaft, at regular intervals, for each wheel rotation.
