The device has a guiding unit permitting a spacer (3) to take a closed position by sliding a branch (32) of the spacer along edges (13, 23) of fins (1, 2) of the device. The guiding unit is associated with a core (a) along a transversal direction. The fins are transversally connected by the core. The spacer is formed by a metal e.g. galvanized steel, wire. A spacer immobilization unit permits the spacer to coincide inside the fins of the device. The immobilization unit coincides the spacer at the level of one of the edges of the fins with retaining folds (14, 24).
