The jewel has a median plane annular ring (2) arranged between other two plane annular rings (1,3). The rings have identical circular central openings (1a-3a) of common axis when the jewel is worn by a user. The rings (1, 3) are connected by a shaft (4) around which two parallel connecting rods (6, 7) are rotated. The rods have two ends connected with each other by a pivot (5) which crosses the ring (2). The ring (2) is rotated around axis of the pivot to install the ring (2) between the rings (1, 3) in two different positions, where the openings have axes which are joined.
