The device has a wiping blade carriage (3) with a cavity connected by a hydraulic connection unit to a washing liquid source. The cavity supplies nozzles (30A, 30B) generating two washing liquid jets from respective sides of a wiping blade (11). The cavity supplies the nozzles by using a distributor (33) movable between a position permitting to generate one of the jets from one of the sides of the blade and another position permitting to generate the other jet from the other side of the blade. Fingers allow adapting the position of the distributor to a displacement direction of the carriage.
