The bacterial culture process for obtaining culture with different bacterial strains using a bioreactor consisting of receptor tubes serving as a culture reservoir, where tubes are arranged vertically and connected with each other by a joining tube (3). The receptor tubes are equipped with supply tubes (5, 7) for supplying water, bacteria and nutrients to the receptor tube (2b), and for plunging and supplying air to the culture. The joining tube carries reassembled air on a surface of the receptor tube (2b) upto a bottom of the receptor (2a). The receptor tubes are equipped with supply tubes (5, 7) for supplying water, bacteria and nutrients to the receptor tube (2b), and for plunging and supplying air to the culture. The joining tube carries reassembled air on a surface of the receptor tube (2b) upto a bottom of the receptor (2a). An evacuation tube (8) ejects the air present at the surface of the receptor tube (2a). The receptor tubes are supplied with bacteria and nutrients, and are parallelly arranged by supply tubes in which the receptor tubes contain different bacterial strains and fast- and slow- growing bacterial strains. An upper surface of the culture of the receptor tube (2b) is transferred into the receptor tube (2a) through the joining tube by water injection. An upper surface of the culture of receptor tube (2a) is transferred towards outside by evacuation tube and by effect of culture arrival of receptor tube (2b) in the receptor tube (2a). The injection of water and air in the receptor tube (2b) is controlled by time and quantity according to growth kinetics of bacterial strains. An independent claim is included for a bioreactor to carry out bacterial culture process.
