The item has a wrist strap (1) including a surface scattered with activating light points (2, 3) forming a regular matrix by an integrated control circuit for controlling illumination of a series of points forming a variable graphical representation of symbols or texts. The points are constituted by an end of an optical fiber, and are formed with respective LEDS. The points are formed by translucent or transparent precious stones that are associated to a light source. The circuit has a clock that activates the points for forming a digital display that displays date, hour and minute.
