The electroptode has an electrical electrode type sensor (7) and an optical electrode or optode type sensor (6). The sensors (6, 7) are arranged in a manner to detect signals at the level of a same zone (1A) of a head (1). The sensors (6, 7) are assembled on the same support structure, where the sensor (7) has a passage (32) in which the sensor (6) is arranged. The sensor (6) passes in an annular element (28) which is connected to an upper part (27) of the sensor (7) by a spring.
