The device has a base (11) adapted to an access opening for taking support on a peripheral shoulder. An anchoring post (12) is articulated on the base for varying between a folded position and a raised position. The anchoring post is folded against the base in the folded position. The post is raised and inclined with respect to the base in the raised position such that the post is perpendicular to the base. The base has semi-circular arches (13a, 13b) automatically actuated by manipulation of the post toward the raised position.
