The hose has a resin layer (12) serving as a barrier layer, where the hose is made of a resin composite of a multilayer construction. An inner rubber layer (16) is provided as a stratified inner surface layer on an interior side of the layer (12). A stratified outer rubber layer (14) is provided on an exterior side of the layer (12). The layer (14) has a hardness degree of rubber that is equal to or higher than the layer (16). The layer (16) has a permanent elongation that is equal to or lower than 90 percentage and is deformed in an elastic manner when the hose is arranged on a matching pipe.
