The device has a diffusing screen (303) with a main emission direction (211) for providing a unique lighting and signaling function. The screen is a monoblock piece constituted of a main part (304) and complimentary parts (305, 306). The main part of the screen is located with respect to a printed circuit board (200) supporting LEDs. The complimentary parts are located with respect to the circuit board and utilized as light guides. The signaling function is obtained by emission of a light flux at the level of the main and complimentary parts, toward the exterior of the device.
