The substrate (10) has an electroconductive element which provides an antenna function for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic signals. The electroconductive element includes a fractal pattern and an electrically conducting ink or enamel that is printed directly on the substrate, where the enamel is a silver based paste. An antenna structure (2) including the electroconductive element is a fractal antenna. An independent claim is also included for a utilization of electrically conducting ink or enamel for forming an antenna.
