The device has a zinc-plated steel bracket fixed and positioned on a scaffolding type structure movable on wheels, and a fixation slide (1) fixing a cutting apparatus that is held by clamping collars (2). The slide is provided with guiding rails (12) and is adjusted in length by a locking knob (3) on a slider (4). The slider is held by U-shaped attachment flanges (5) mounted on walls (7) that are connected by a connecting axle (6) forming a pivot. The walls are supported by a spacing cover plate (9) on a yoke joint (10). The slide has an orifice permitting to move the knob on the slider.
