The device has a hydraulic circuit comprising a main bag (1) which includes a neutral liquid volume e.g. water, and receives fruits via a conveyor. A vortex type single stage centrifugal pump (2) e.g. sewabloc F100-250(RTM: not defined), is connected to the bag to suck the liquid and fruits. The pump has a movable pumping wheel (9) guided in rotation with respect to a body (7) along a vertical rotation axis. The pump has an axial sucking inlet (11) connected under a lower output orifice (5) of the bag, where the fruits are penetrated to the inlet at the periphery of the inlet.
