The device (10) has a vibrator (16) integrated to a body (12), and a damper (18) disposed between the body and the vibrator, where the damper comprises a block made of elastic material. The damper is axially arranged with non null distance from a vibration generator (28). The vibrator has an external surface applied against a corporal surface to be massaged. The vibration generator is fixed against an interior wall of the vibrator. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for storing and applying beauty care or cosmetic product.
