The terminal has a connector (6) produced in a shape of universal serial bus (USB) port on which a USB pseudo key is plugged. A flap (9) is movable between a stationary position in which the flap provides access to a main reader (5) and blocks the key on a connector, and a reading position in which the flap blocks access to the reader, a driver card and the key. The flap blocks access to the reader and the card and provides access to the key for allowing a user to transfer social data contained in a mass memory of a vehicle, when the flap is in a processing position.
