The device has a chimney (2) in a top of a roof releasing the air heated by the sun, where extraction of air creates a depression in the roof that acts as a plenum (1). The depression creates an aspiration phenomenon in a bottom part (3) by a lateral trap door (5) in a ceiling. The door has an opening that is protected from a grille to allow the circulation of air to fill the depression. A foam block inside a box is covered by clay to maintain humidity, by evaporation (15) to lower the temperature, so that the air passing via the block is refreshed before entering into the part.
