Tire sealant composition, preventing and repairing puncture for the internal protection of any type of pneumatic tire with/without chamber, comprises: a stabilizing agent (guar hydroxypropyl, gum arabic, xanthan gum), a natural thickener (chemically modified smectite or hectorite), a bactericidal agent and antioxidant (sodium nitrite), a cellulosic thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose) and demineralized water. The improvement is the incororation of propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol or any other type of polyglycol; and a preservative (Parmetol (RTM: Paraformaldehyde), Astrodol (RTM: Isothiazolinone derivative). Independent claims are included for: (1) a preparation of the composition comprising macerating a rubber powder comprising rubber powder at 55-65% and fluids at 35-45% such as thermoconductible Thenninol 66(RTM: Hydrotreated heavy naphtha (petroleum)) and/or Decaline(RTM: Decahydronaphtalene) fluid (50%) for 24 hours in the solvent in a tightly closed container, before its use, and adding the powder in a fluid phase at room temperature without heating the components; and (2) a process of installing the composition comprising injecting the fine granular composition to the tire valve with the help of syringe, hand pumps or hydraulics, horizontally or vertically, after deflation and dismantling of the shells, for simultaneously injecting the composition and air/nitrogen in substitution, and injecting the coarse granular composition in the tire flank, manually by a dispenser container or mechanically by a hydraulic pump of heavy flow with flow meter, where injections are carried out in a vertically suspended tire (from a support or a crane) for rotation prior to keep it horizontally and installation of the wheel rim by conventional methods.
