The plant has a concrete mixer (2) with a weighing device (3) and weight indicators determining weight of components introduced into the mixer. Bins contain cement, sand and aggregate that form concrete. One of the bins containing the cement, is positioned above the concrete mixer. The other bins form a T shape and are placed laterally close to the mixer with powered guiding units (10) e.g. vibrating chute, that are controlled by the weighing device. Each bin is associated to the corresponding guiding unit, such that it is stopped, when a chosen weight in the mixer is reached.
