The hair-curler has two parallel stems (b) connected perpendicularly on a cylindrical base (a). The stems are reinforced by an iron wire (c) to tie the stems for closing the hair-curler and blocking hair mesh, where the stems are malleable and flexible to control curliness of hair. The mesh is wound between the stems in the form of eight and on the base for separating root of the mesh.
