The device for protection of nerve and/or sinew located in a canal zone of human body closed by a ligament, comprises a plate (10) having a convex first side as adherence surface (10e) and a concave second side as gliding surface (10f), and a medicinal layer (Cm). The plate is covered on a first two parallel sides of rectilinear sections and a second two parallel sides of curvilinear sections, and is covered with medicinal layer.
