The generator has axial wheels (61) rotative in a frame along an axis perpendicular to the direction of the wind. The frame has inlets (60) for capturing the wind and is subdivided into horizontal edges separated by lower and upper partitions, where two of the edges form deflecting units. The upper partition comprises upper openings in chambers with respect to a blade of the wheel, where the upper openings have a section lower than a section of the inlets for accelerating the wind before the wind is oriented towards the wheels.
